Q: Do you have entertainers that are suited for parties that have both boys and girls attending?

A: Yes we have many great characters that cater for both boys and girls. Professor Pots and the Crazy Chef are great for mixed parties. If you require more than one entertainer then we will provide a discount.

Q: What if my child has a disability?

A: Sunshine Party People specialise in parties for children with disabilities including learning disabilities, autism. AD.H.D, visual or hearing impairments, behavioral problems or any other health impairments.  Our team will always go the extra mile to make your children’s day extra special and we understand every child is different and have different needs.

We make sure every child is included and have many fun ideas and games so your child gets the most out of their special day.

So give us a call and together we can build and create the party tailored to your child needs.

Q: What do I need to provide?

A: We can cater for parties in any venue of your choice including your home, garden or parks.  Your entertainer will call you a few days before the party to go through all the details so everything will run smoothly.

A little tip, children love it when the adults participate so don’t be shy and get involved in the first few games which creates a great atmosphere for the day.

Q: How far in advance shall I book?

A: Its always a great idea to book as far in advance as possible, as our characters are subject to availability.

Q: What is a good number of children for a party?

A: 8 to 12. If the group is larger we recommend 2 or more entertainers so that every child is included as much as possible.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Once you have chosen your party package we will email you an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your party. This deposit will be 100% refundable up until 14 days prior to your party. If you do wish to cancel within 14 days prior, half of the deposit will go to the entertainer and the other half will be used as credit for your next party (to be used within 12 months).

Q: What if I want to cancel?

A: If you cancel up to two weeks before the event a full refund will be given. If it is within your two weeks before the party half of the deposit will go to the entertainer as they have missed out on work. The other half will be credit to go towards your next party, which will be valid up to one year.

Q: Can we take photographs?

A: Of course!! Take lots of great snaps and be sure to send them into Sunshine party people for our gallery.

Q: How will we know the entertainer has arrived?

A: The entertainer will call you a few days before your party to go through all the details. They will also call upon arrival. It’s a great idea to get the children together and build up the excitement for when our character arrives. Its great to see their faces!!

Q: Does the entertainer stay for the cake?

A: Yes, the entertainer will help with the cake 5 minutes before the end of their show. Make sure you get some great pictures!!

Q: When is the best time to serve the food?

A) We recommend some snacks and drinks before the entertainer arrives and something more substantial just after they have left.

Q: What if there are any changes on the day how do we contact you?

A: Not a problem, you can call Sunshine Party people there will always be someone on hand to help. You will also have the phone number of the Entertainer.

Q: Can I change my character?

A) Yes but is subject to availability.
